Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs). The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Custom furniture orders are non-refundable, except in cases of defects in materials or workmanship. Limitation of Liability

Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitration shall take place in Asheville, North Carolina. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

No waiver by Artisan Haven of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Artisan Haven to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
